We will deliver your wallpaper within 2-3 weeks upon receipt of payment, no matter where you are in the Australia. All orders made after 4 pm  will be processed the following day.

 

Delivery Fee : Flat rate $12.99 within Australia

 

Return Policy

We want you to love your wallpaper. In the unlikely event that there is an issue, simply email to luxwallpaper@gmail.com and we will sort it for you as quickly as possible.

Repeat pattern rolls

If you wish to return your wallpaper roll(s), then the first thing to do is get in touch within 14 days of receiving the product; we can be contacted via phone at +0425 534 684 or via email at luxwallpaper@gmail.com and notify us your intention to return the item.

Damaged product : Our team of wallpaper experts will be happy to accommodate this for you and will arrange for collection of the wallpaper to be brought back to our head office. Once the wallpaper has been received back, it will be inspected by our team before a refund can be issued.

Change of mind : As this product is from overseas we have to charge you 30% from the total order amount for re-stocking fee.

All returned wallpaper rolls must be in a saleable condition. Luxwallpaper reserves the right to refuse a refund on your order if the item is received back in a condition which means it cannot be re-sold and any such item will be posted back out to you. Examples of items that cannot be resold include wallpaper rolls that have already been cut or have been damaged in any way.

Exchange :  Exchange is available if returned wallpaper condition is perfect.

 

Custom-made mural wallpapers

If there is a problem with your mural, then the first thing to do is get in touch within 14 days of receiving the product; we can be contacted via phone at 0425 534 684 or via email at luxwallpaper@gmail.com and notify us your intention to return the item.

Please send some photos to luxwallpaper@gmail.com to help our understanding.

Once the photographs have been reviewed, our team will give you a detailed breakdown of what has caused your problem.

If the issue has been determined to be caused by something outside of our control, then our helpful team will still be able to give you advice and guidance on some practical steps you can take to try and mitigate the problem.

Please check all drops before your installation. Please do take care when installing the mural or hiring someone to help with the install. Strictly, we are unable to compensate installation fees from third parties or take responsibility for installation errors.
